Stainless Steel 316/316L/316Ti Compression Fittings are made up of chromium (16–18%), nickel (10–14%), and molybdenum (2–3%). The 316L variant has a low carbon content (≤0.03%) which enhances its weldability, while 316Ti includes titanium to boost resistance to carbide precipitation at high temperatures. These fittings showcase a tensile strength of 485–515 MPa, yield strength of 170–205 MPa, and an elongation of 35–40%, ensuring excellent toughness, durability, and mechanical stability. With a density of 8.0 g/cm³ and a melting range of 1370–1400°C, they perform reliably in corrosive, high-pressure, and high-temperature industrial environments.
