These Stainless Steel 316Ti Nuts are primarily made up of iron, chromium (16–18%), nickel (10–14%), molybdenum (2–3%), titanium (0.5–0.7%), along with trace amounts of manganese, silicon, and carbon (capped at 0.08%). The titanium stabilization helps prevent carbide precipitation during welding, which in turn guarantees excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion. These nuts have a tensile strength of about 500–700 MPa, a yield strength of around 200–300 MPa, and they also exhibit good elongation and toughness, making them perfect for high-stress fastening applications in corrosive and elevated temperature environments.
